Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is designed to help couples improve their communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen their connection. I work with couples who are dealing with a range of issues, such as infidelity, trust issues, communication problems, and more. In couples therapy, we'll explore your relationship dynamics, identify areas of strength and weakness, and develop strategies for building a healthier, more satisfying relationship.
Family Therapy
Family therapy is a form of therapy that involves multiple family members working together to address a range of issues, such as communication problems, conflicts, and transitions. I work with families who are dealing with a range of issues, such as divorce, blended family issues, parent-child conflict, and more. In family therapy, we'll work together to identify the root causes of your family's issues and develop strategies for building healthier communication patterns and relationships.
Adolescent Therapy
Adolescence can be a challenging time for young people, as they navigate a range of physical, emotional, and social changes. I specialize in helping adolescents build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate the challenges of adolescence with confidence and self-assurance. I work with teens who are dealing with a range of issues, such as academic stress, peer relationships, family conflict, and more. Through a combination of talk therapy and expressive therapies, we'll explore your teen's thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to help them build the skills and insights they need to navigate this phase of life successfully.
